Other than a bent lower-left corner, this stamp is in perfect, Post Office fresh condition.
It was released for awareness of the International Women’s Congress and features a globe, with a dove carrying an olive branch.
This is a fairly difficult stamp to find, and although not worth a whole lot, it’ll still add a discussion point within someone’s collection.
