    ALWAYS inspect all items & list any irregularities or damage BEFORE accepting them from delivery carrier.
    If shipment is pre-paid by B & K Equipment & claim is to be filed, the buyer must advise us & supply us with all necessary paper work as soon after the event as possible.
    We cannot complete a claim without proof of damage, etc. & documentation from the buyer.
    Refunds and Returns
    Returns must be approved by B&K Equipment Supply before any item may be returned.
    Returns must be properly packaged & return shipping cost are responsibility of the buyer.
