Understanding freight shipments and additional charges:
- If unit is listed as Free freight, that covers the cost from our dock to your dock(business to business). If you do not have a dock or forklift, you'll be responsible of unloading your items from semi trucks. You could pay to add liftgate to your shipment(It's required for items that are heavier than 200 lbs). Then your item would come on a liftgated truck to lower the item down for easy unloading to curbside.
- Home deliveries require liftgate + residential delivery charges(0)/ To avoid this fee, you could go an pickup from your local service center. 90% of the time service center will be within 20 miles of your location.
- We do not offer assembly and inside deliveries. If you ask the delivery person to perform those services, you'll be responsible for additional charges that will be invoiced after delivery person leaves.
